Need help building a sand rail? - build of long travel sand rail

Ok
I have some of these sandbanks very cool and interested in sick.
What I know is, how to build ....
Can someone please tell me
What do I need?
Where can I get it?
How much does it all mean?
Is it difficult, all together?

I used to really go and a little more about the beach and dunes, pure pleasure, with friends.

I need tires, open, with good adhesion, perhaps a little smaller on the front.

What I really want this place to find the parts, or whether and where to find some cheap show.

And if anyone has plans with dimensions and material that would be a great help.

It should be also close to Ireland, or Spain.
